What are your views in pursuing a career with the gaming industry, especially in Singapore?
I think one should not devote all his career time in the gaming industry, espicially in Singapore. The reason for that is: one may not have a stable income, if his/her games are not popular or played in the market. If it is his/her interests, he/she can have a stable job and enter the gaming industry as part-time.

What qualities does Jason Chionh have that allow him to do what he wish to do?
Jason Chionh has the perseverence within himself. He does not give up. Even if the company does not accept him the first round, he continues to send in his entry the following year and he got accepted! Besides he has the qualification and also a stable job, "He found a job as a full-time teaching assistant at NUS". :)
